5.6/10

My stay at the hotel was marred by a series of frustrating experiences, particularly with the service and the overall atmosphere. While I enjoyed some aspects like the dining options and the unique thrill rides, the rooms were not up to the standard I expected. I felt misled during the check-in process and was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from management. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was assigned was outdated and smelled like cigarettes, far from what I expected given the booking. It was disappointing to have to pay extra for a renovated suite that did not match my reservation.
Service
5.0
Service was frustratingly rude when I requested basic amenities and I even had a personal item mishandled. The lack of professionalism and care from staff really impacted my stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel is somewhat away from the main action of the Vegas Strip, which was a downside for me. However, it had easy access to Fremont Street and the North outlets, providing some nearby attractions.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were pleasantly varied and the food was tasty, offering good value compared to other resorts in Las Vegas, but the restaurant was overpriced for what it offered.
Facilities
8.0
The thrill rides were a fantastic highlight, providing a unique experience that added excitement to my stay.

5.0/10

My stay at The Strat was quite disappointing overall. While the view from the tower is stunning, the hefty parking fees and resort fees really caught me off guard. The room we got wasn't in the best condition, with some cleanliness issues, but the staff did try to help. Dining options seemed limited, and many amenities felt outdated. It’s a mixed bag, with some pros but significant cons that overshadowed my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was not very clean, with visible dust and stains on the walls. I appreciated the comfortable beds, but overall it fell short of expectations.
Service
5.0
I found the service varied; some staff were helpful, but there were also instances of negativity, especially at check-in.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location felt a bit unsafe and was at the far north end of the Strip, making access to attractions somewhat inconvenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited and overpriced, making it hard to find something satisfying without breaking the bank.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities felt outdated, especially with shopping areas being almost completely boarded up. The thrill rides were unique but may not justify the cost.
